In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "bdjlt" refers to the online betting and casino platform operating at https://bdjlt.io, including all associated services, products, and features.
• "Platform" means the bdjlt website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated applications or interfaces through which services are delivered.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who registers an account on bdjlt and accesses its services.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the bdjlt Platform.
• "Services" means all betting, casino, lottery, crash games, slots, live dealer games, and any other gaming products made available through the Platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or incentive offered by bdjlt to Players subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it may be converted into withdrawable funds, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Real Money" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳) deposited by a Player from a verified payment method such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction from which access to and use of the Platform is restricted or forbidden under these Terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process applied to Player accounts, including submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification where required.

To register and use the bdjlt Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an active account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bdjlt strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. Age verification may be requested at any stage of account registration or use.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or using the Platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, agent, or close family member of a bdjlt employee where such relationship creates a conflict of interest in relation to gambling activity.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the bdjlt Platform or any associated platforms under a responsible gaming self-exclusion arrangement.

bdjlt reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Any winnings derived from an ineligible account may be voided and the deposited funds returned at bdjlt's sole discretion.

Each individual may hold one (1) account on the bdjlt Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

When registering your account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to notify bdjlt promptly if any of this information changes by contacting [email protected].

bdjlt reserves the right to conduct identity verification at registration and at any subsequent point. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested as part of the KYC process, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card, passport, or driving licence, and a utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address.

Accounts found to contain false or misleading registration information may be suspended, and any funds held in such accounts may be withheld pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bdjlt account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

bdjlt will never request your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, telephone, or social media. Any communication purporting to be from bdjlt that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

You agree to notify bdjlt immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. bdjlt accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials or have shared them with a third party.

bdjlt employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform pages and employs device recognition and session management technology to assist in detecting suspicious login activity. However, no security system is infallible, and you acknowledge that you use the Platform at your own risk in respect of matters beyond bdjlt's reasonable control.

bdjlt accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method and account verification status.

All deposit transactions are subject to standard processing fees imposed by the relevant payment provider, where applicable. bdjlt does not impose its own deposit fees. Deposits are credited to your bdjlt account balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds from your payment provider, which for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay typically occurs within thirty seconds.

You agree that all funds deposited into your bdjlt account are from a legitimate source and are not derived from any unlawful activity. bdjlt is required to apply anti-money laundering checks and may request documentation evidencing the source of funds where deposits exceed applicable thresholds or where suspicious activity is identified.

Deposits made in error or deposited into the wrong account are not the responsibility of bdjlt. Players are responsible for verifying their payment details before initiating any transaction.

Withdrawal requests are processed by bdjlt subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. First-time withdrawal requests will trigger a mandatory identity verification step if not already completed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability. bdjlt does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the verified account holder.
• Where a Bonus has been claimed, the applicable wagering requirement must be satisfied in full before the associated Bonus funds or winnings derived from those Bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• bdjlt targets a withdrawal processing time of under ten (10) minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, subject to payment provider processing capacity. Card withdrawals may take up to five (5) business days.
• bdjlt reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000, which may result in additional processing time.

bdjlt reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or where further verification is required under applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

bdjlt offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and eligible game restrictions.

General bonus terms applicable to all bdjlt promotions include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by Players who satisfy the stated eligibility criteria for that specific promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Player's account at any one time unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated time period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement by the stated deadline will be forfeited automatically.
• bdjlt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. In the case of material changes, bdjlt will notify affected Players via the contact details registered to their account.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including through the creation of multiple accounts, coordination with other players, or placement of bets that artificially satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds, voiding of related winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

All sports bets placed on the bdjlt platform are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, and event type. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet. Key general betting rules include:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in regardless of subsequent market movements, unless the bet is part of a live in-play market where specific rules apply.
• bdjlt reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been abandoned, postponed, or materially altered after bet acceptance, in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (palpable error), bdjlt reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's account.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market, as displayed within the sportsbook interface. bdjlt reserves the right to apply individual account bet limits at its discretion.
• Live in-play betting is subject to a brief delay in acceptance to account for data feed latency. bdjlt accepts no liability for bets placed based on information that has already been reflected in the live event but not yet in the odds feed.
• Cricket betting — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — is governed by standard cricket betting rules. In the event of a rain-reduced or Duckworth-Lewis-adjusted result, settled markets will be determined according to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body.

All casino games available on the bdjlt Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and lottery — are governed by the rules of the relevant game and game provider. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before wagering Real Money.

All RNG (Random Number Generator) games on bdjlt use independently certified random number generation technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and independent of previous results. bdjlt does not manipulate game outcomes and cannot influence individual game results.

Live dealer games are provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and are governed by both bdjlt's general terms and the specific rules displayed within each live game interface. In the event of a technical malfunction during a live game session that renders a round incomplete or unresolvable, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned to Players.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdjlt Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and permanent ban from the Platform:

• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity.
• Money laundering: Using the bdjlt Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from unlawful activity, or to obscure the origin of funds.
• Match fixing and insider information: Placing bets based on advance knowledge of a predetermined outcome, or in any way participating in or facilitating the fixing of sporting events.
• Automated betting tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any other automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker, live dealer tables, or sportsbook markets.
• Platform exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in bdjlt systems. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or gamble on the Platform while under the age of 21, or knowingly facilitating underage gambling by sharing account credentials.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or mobile wallet provider in respect of bdjlt deposits.

bdjlt is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Players. The Platform provides the following tools, all of which are accessible directly from the account dashboard without requiring a support interaction:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session time limits: Configure alerts and automatic logout after a defined period of continuous play.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from bdjlt.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any Platform software or technology.
• Use any bdjlt trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written authorisation.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorised use of bdjlt intellectual property may result in account suspension and may be subject to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdjlt's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of Real Money deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdjlt shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of opportunity or goodwill.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses.
• Losses arising from interruptions to Platform availability, including scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party service failures beyond bdjlt's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including the loss of bonus funds due to non-satisfaction of wagering requirements.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bdjlt's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

bdjlt collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account on bdjlt, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and account use — including your name, contact details, payment information, and betting history — is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming enforcement, and compliance with applicable legal obligations. bdjlt does not sell personal data to third parties.

bdjlt reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the bdjlt Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account by contacting [email protected].

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bdjlt's operational jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bdjlt's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant jurisdiction.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, bdjlt's escalation process will be provided to the Player in writing.
